DD4 has a tummy bug and just vommed exorcist style all over her bed. Currently on wash load number 2 so I'm up for the next hour at the very least. Have to be up at 6am to drive her 90 miles to court ordered contact with her father in the morning. FML.
Now on sick bowl standby for the rest of the night.
Anyone else up?...

Yes, I'm awake worrying about my lonely 16 year old DD AND my work. Maybe you won't have to take your daughter if she is still poorly in the morning?

I have a 5 month only EBF baby who is currently waking every couple of hours for a feed. 😀

She's gone back down now. Had to strip her and put her in the shower and wash bits of her hair. She has v thick hair and couldn't face washing it all and spending 30 minutes blow-drying it at half past 11.. Hopefully that's the last of the sick... I can't face anymore 🙈

Realised I'd lost sense of smell an hour ago so now walking round smelling random stuff and reporting back to DH on how wierd it is. He's thrilled for me.

In hospital with DS, he has been getting hourly nebulisers since we arrived. They make so much noise 🙉

I remember DN doing similar when I was babysitting. I don’t do well with vomit so you most certainly have my sympathies! I hope she sleeps well and is doing much better now.

The term “sleeps like a baby” really needs to start being used more accurately like this.
