I need help finding my spark again. I feel so flat, overwhelmed, dull and just meh.
I feel like I need a reset but I don't now how.
It could be my depression, but I am on the highest dose of Prozac and what I'm feeling doesn't feel like a usual depression episode.
Normally I'm so good at managing my moods but I just can't get out of this one.
I feel I need inspiration, motivation and general positivity.
Any ideas gratefully received?
