Feeling really blah. Have laid in bed all day apart from going to the shop for some bits. Even when I meet up with people, I feel tired.

what things do you do that bring you joy?

Maybe a trite question but could you be vitamin deficient- b or iron?

To answer your OP, I like to read , play computer games, do jigsaws, collect dolls and do art, or listen to podcasts of people playing RPG's together/ watch youtube videos about making miniature props/ cosplays/ art etc.

What are your interests? Maybe we can find you something to do that doesn't take up much energy but would be fun for you?

Drink beer. Ideally at the pub.

Do you have outdoor space? I love pottering around in the garden. Sometimes I have a plan of stuff that needs to be done and feel great when it's done. Other times I just walk around or sit, looking at stuff, and usually come up with ideas for the future. Just being outdoors usually makes me feel better than being inside. There doesn't have to be any pressure to get things done but I usually find that I do some garden jobs without really thinking about it. Then there are visits to garden centres, browsing seed and plant catalogues etc which are a good way to get inspiration and spend money! If you aren't in the mood for socialising it's a way to have time for yourself.

Very little spare time so when I do get it, it has to count.

  1. exercise any type just enough to feel good. Faves are circuit training. Really miss my gym membership thinking of getting one again.
  2. reading (love it) could be anything from academic (any subject) to fiction. Usually what I can find in the house, things bought years ago or if I want new ones, I head to the charity shops.
  3. alcohol, not loads but I like to have a drink, just enough to not feel rough. Get some good music on and chill out. Do you have any thing you like doing? I used to like sewing too before kids came along.

Take my dog for a walk. If I feel tired before I go it’s gone when I get back.

For me: being outside, cooking, reading, spending time with DC.
