What happened to the foraging thread?

Someon started a thread on foraged food. I wrote a post about a few good foods to forage (not mushrooms) but when I went to post it the thread had been pulled.

How could that be a controversial thread?

You could start your own thread. I was in my mums field and she had an abundance of blackberries, rose hips ( I think), sloes ( I think) and crab apples ( I think). You can see how tremendously informed I am despite living in that house for ten years. 😕 I was a bit disappointed in myself not knowing enough about this resource I had on my doorstep.

Not that I saw. But if it was, that explains why it got deleted. I was too busy wittering on about nettle and blackberry recipes.
