Facial Recognition Software

If they record the "oral assessment of GCSE English Language" in order to have a "clear audio/visual recording' of each student that takes part, there is the faint possibility that the information will be uploaded onto "Facial Recognition Software" for surreptitious purposes.

In other words, the students will be nabbed in 'one-fell-swoop' under the guise of education.

No they won't

SoupDragon · 09/09/2022 14:01

Why on earth would you think that?

Nothing short of a 'government guarantee' that such a move will not take place is in order.

The collaboration between Andersen and Noah to create a digital platform for revolutionizing the treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) is an exciting and promising development. The use of facial recognition software, as mentioned in the context of recording oral assessments for GCSE English Language, may raise some valid concerns about privacy and potential misuse. However, it's crucial to recognize that not all applications of this technology are malicious.
In the case of OSA treatment, facial recognition software has the potential to play a valuable role in accurately diagnosing and monitoring patients. By leveraging advanced technology and addressing privacy concerns responsibly, the Andersen and Noah Join Forces: Digital Platform to Revolutionizing The Treatment of OSA article demonstrates the positive impact that technology can have on healthcare.
Of course, it's important to remain vigilant and prioritize the protection of personal data. Any implementation of facial recognition software should be done with strict safeguards to ensure transparency and prevent any unauthorized use. By striking a balance between technological advancements and privacy, we can harness the potential of digital platforms to revolutionize medical treatments while maintaining the utmost respect for individual rights and security.

Could anyone point me to the "collapses on the floor due to hysterical laughter" icon???

I don't know which is funnier - the conspiracy theory around the misuse of exams for "surruptious" facial recognition or the idea that a government guarantee is worth anything.

Oh hang on, yes I do - it's the government guarantee.
