I hate my neighbour

I’ve posted on here before. Neighbours kids are with their dad, she goes out leaving dogs howling & barking non stop for 7 hours. She got home an hour ago after obviously being out on the pull & now she is grunting & howling louder than the bloody dogs. It’s Loud enough to wake everyone in my house. I’ve just tried knocking on the front door - obviously can’t hear me over her moments of passion.
I am so fucking sick of this woman, her loud music, her loud dogs & her loud fake porn star noises.

If she is that loud at this time either report to the police or council for antisocial behavior

I would take recordings as evidence every time and note the time

So this has been going on more or less for the last 3 years and it’s getting worse …
my neighbours moved in and there been some weird going s on there but I keep myself to my self and stay well out of it … there’s alaways random people coming and going etc. we don’t talk to each other they just give you an odd look which is fine …. If I ring there ring door bell and they see it’s me they don’t answer and the one and only time they took in a package they chucked over the fence. Which doesn’t bother me but just to give you an idea of what there like … the noise though has been really bad but also inconstiatant we get months on end of loud music at all hours of the night etc and then it goes quiet for a few weeks my housing won’t do anything and I’ve just tried to get on best I can with it but recently (since feb) they have now started chucking food and condiments over my fence It started with eggs and at first I didn’t think anything of it but in recent weeks it gradually become a every day thing we had tea bags , peace’s of chicken (which is worrying as I have a dog) and the latest was ketchup all over my chair (not on the floor just the on the chair ) which is directly next to the joining fence . My housing don’t seem to want to do anything and I’m I just don’t what else to do . I’m not some one who likes confrontation And I normally just get on with things but it’s got to the point now where I’m like what’s it going to be today …. (Todays was the ketchup ) 😞
