What's this on my face? Pic attached

I usually have a big freckle in this location. For the last 10 days it's just a raised red blob. I hike, so I'm not sure whether I've got bitten and it's just a coincidence it's over the big freckle.

And when I say it's raised, only slightly raised from the rest of my face.

Not sure but if you feel it's changed see your gp.
Or maybe your gp practice do e-consults? Look on their website. It's where you can email them to say what the issue is & submit photos. That's what I did when a lesion on my leg changed and now I'm having it removed.

Me and my mum get these. They start more red and raised then go flat and normal freckle colour.
Age spots I'm afraid. My mum is covered, as was her granny. I use sun block and not as bad. Yet!

But agree, defo worth a check if you're unsure. Can't hurt to ask.

Thanks for advice. Might give it another couple of days and if still the same get it checked out.
