Do they put some addictive substance in hummus?

I can't stop eating it! It's just Kallo corn cakes with Aldi hummus and sliced peppers on top but somehow it's so addictive.

Does anyone else have a hummus addiction?

That's nothing compared to Taramasalata that stuff is like crack

I'm a long-time vegan and so is my DD, but we can't bear hummus. I wish we liked it, it would make life easier!!

I hate the texture of it, so it's a no from me.

I don’t buy it anymore because I can’t not eat the entire tub in one sitting! It’s ridiculous. I’m not addicted like that to any other food (except peanut butter which I also no longer buy)

A Hummus and peanut butter sandwich is amazing. So wrong but also so right.

I love it too. The ready made stuff is reasonably healthy but homemade is super delicious and healthier. When I make it (not that often) I just blitz chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice and loads of garlic.

Yes daily...started when we lived in the Middle East... withTesco seeded flatbreads being my fav 😋

Has anyone got a decent recipe for hummus?
I can never get it right when I make it, it never tastes right.
