Fibromyalgia/pregnant and driving lessons

I had been doing driving lessons for awhile and I had missed a lot of lessons due to my Fibromyalgia and Covid. Then found out I was pregnant but think I still was doing them.
Then my instructor went away to her country and she should be back now. I meant to message for a lesson.
My problem is that due to pain in my legs I have not been sleeping well at all. The doctor can't give me anything only suggested leg stretches and paracetamol.
My instructor doesn't know I am pregnant yet. With lack of sleep not sure how I function driving. Unless I have late driving lessons so I can sleep in day not sure what's is best. Really don't want to stop but also a bit stressed already with pregnancy too.

I really hope someone with fibromyalgia and pregnant comes along and can give advice.

What would you do?

I'm not pregnant but can recommend magnesium oil spray for your leg pain - it's reduced mine massively, and the stiffness is far better too.

Just check that it's safe to use during pregnancy.
