Anybody else can’t sleep?

I hate insomnia 😡

Stuck awake with 3 week old baby having a feed and refusing to sleep in his crib 😫 what's keeping you up? Anything you want to talk about?

Yep, it's rubbish. Needed a wee at 2am. Wide awake.

got plenty to keep me up, missing late dh a lot the last few days and I’m worried about my dd20

im up at 7 to get dd3 to school, I’m on annual leave though so can go back to bed

Yep, so stressed about work and then DDS school messed up yest meaning she missed her bus. She was so upset and then j had to go and sort 90 min round trip). Dickheads, that is playing on my mind as I have to talk to the head later today re this. Not her fault, their change of arrangements which I said was a real problem. What would I know?

Life lacks fun these days, work is finishing me off.

I can't sleep either. I'm having my beautiful dog PTS this afternoon so I'm laying on the dining room floor with her with a blanket. Its physically uncomfortable but otherwise perfect!

Full of cold. Dh has covid but I'm testing negative so due in work at 9. Really want to cancel work as feel so unwell but sick level is high so if I do I could lose my job 😩

I had a kitten for a spay today. I think the vet messed something up and my thoughts have been racing since 1.30.

too much caffeine for me yesterday - I normally don’t drink any but there was no decaf in the office. Lesson learned - I can’t handle the hard stuff anymore 😂

Thank you for the strength, I will certainly need it. One minute I'm fine, the next I'm crushed. I have the school run to get through as well, they have to say goodbye before school. Its going to be harrowing. Thank goodness for sunglasses!

Thank you for asking. She's well-ish but I'll seek an second opinion. Neuter was done by a different vet from my usual, apparently she only has one kidney, which I'm finding strange as my normal ver never flagged it up. So I jumped to conclusions.

I’m up for no reason again. Think I’ve had 4.5hrs tonight. And I’m so tired. DH is snoring away.

it's been a month now of me wishing that we could just put things right and go back to how it was but sadly not the case.
I think about him all the time and miss him
so much.

Awake on the children's ward. Son is fine all the bleeping of the machines.

I've been up an hour already with a sleep refusing DS. We are up for the day unfortunately. I've put the TV on and am trying to keep him quiet so he doesn't wake up DD who has school today.

I'm awake, but I'm ok tonight. Sending those of you who need one a handhold. There are more of us awake at this time than you'd think. I think of us as a silent little army, looking after the world while others sleep. 👼

I've yet to go to bed thanks to nightshift... I woke up at 0540 yesterday morning so almost 24hrs awake and I'm struggling, badly 😴

Just me and the cat are wide awake. On Tuesday we were flooded for the second time in a month so have the dehumidifiers on full blast downstairs so when I woke up for a wee at 5.30 that was it for sleep. Now she's trying to eat my feet so I might as well get up.

Thinking of you all with your troubles, I hope you managed to get some rest even if you didn’t sleep
