Does anyone have any experience of how good the deposit schemes are when there are disputes over deductions ? Our former landlord is trying to charge us for modifications to house made my previous tenant which luckily the check in inventory documents . They also haven’t provided any evidence of cleaning being undertaken professionally which the rest of their deductions are supposedly assigned to . I’ve uploaded as much evidence to the scheme as possible .
