Sorry to post this in Chat but thought I'd get good and quick advice here.
I bought a new Samsung (Series 5) autodose washing machine back in March and it doesn't seem to be cleaning the clothes very well. There is an unclean whiff more often than not and it's driving me mad.
I usually use powder in the drawer but I've also added it to the drum or split between the drawer and drum. I've tried different liquids, scent beads, various fabric conditioners. At times I've added white vinegar or antibacterial stuff but nothing seems to work for long. I've also run empty hot washes or with 2 dishwasher tablets. I've also cleaned the filter but it's still not fresh smelling.
Has anyone else had a similar issue with a Samsung machine? I hate it.
