Can you spread the cost of flight tickets?

Are there any reputable companies where you can spread the cost of plane tickets? I need only the flights, no hotels or anything else. I've looked at flymble and a few others but not sure if they are legit.

I believe you can split jet2 flight only over 3 payments now.

Just put on the lowest interest credit card you can find

You can pay for Ryan air tickets with PayPal credit or pay in 3. But otherwise i think that's what petite use credit cards for.

It's for easyjet flights. I don't have a credit card and don't really want to apply for one if I can avoid it.

You can pay by PayPal credit on EasyJet which lets you spread the payment as well as klarna etc

BarbaraofSeville · 07/09/2022 18:07

Get a 0% purchase credit card and use that. It's what they're for and also gives you protection if anything goes wrong.

I know Easyjet are unlikely to go bust, but when Monarch did just that 2 days before we were due to fly with them, I was able to use the credit card to buy new flights that were now ££££s because there were thousands of people in the same position as us and I also got price of the lost Monarch flights and the extra cost back of the new expensive flights from the credit card.

Book an easyJet holiday and then you can just pay a £60 pp deposit

Vecnasnurse · 07/09/2022 18:14

I've put in all the details on Easyjet, but it's not giving me the option of Klarna or PayPal.

I only need flights as we would be staying with family.

I'm on a dmp so no chance of a credit card. My credits not that bad as I've always paid on time but still not good enough for a credit card. The flights are only 350, I just want to pay half now and half next month. I'll just have to save this month and hope the prices don't increase by too much!

I've used a company called 'Butter' before and they were legit, but they're not currently taking on new customers so unless you can wait that's no help.

Zilch.

You can use it anywhere. Split into 3 payments plus a £2.50 one off charge if not an affiliate of theirs.
