How to wow in second interview

I have been called back for a second interview for a job.
I think I did a decent job of first round which was online where I had to prepare a presentation which I was pretty pleased with. I sent a nice Ty email which resulted in a quick callback.
I am meeting with the MD in person what else can I do to impress?

Just build on your presentation. Be yourself and make sure you've swotted up on the job/ company involved. Good luck.

Well done so far! Find out about their organisation if you don't know already, have questions to ask, have lots of specific examples of things you have done and problems you have tackled. Remember hiring anyone is a risk and you can help them mitigate that risk by telling them what you have done in the past.

Agree with the other posters.
Research the company, the industry and the role itself.
Prepare some few relevant questions and show to be interested.
Get some few examples ready.

Both second interviews I have had have been about "fit" so ended up being chats more than question and answer so harder to prepare for.
Be yourself, have some questions ready, think about the role and how you show the required characteristics in conversation and how you will be a good cultural fit.

My 2nd interview was all about if I was the right fit personality wise from what I could gather. They will want to know if you will fit nicely into the existing team, so just being a nice, friendly, personable and good team player type of person should secure it. Thats the type of person we all want to work with afterall. Good luck!
