Hi there!
I am peri menopausal and I’m really struggling with stress incontinence.
I have paid for 3 years of therapy , I have invested in a pelvic trainer (Elvie) and I have changed my drinking habits .
I now am at a point where I leak most of the time , sometimes only just damp other times soaking wet …..
I have a strong pelvic floor yet I still leak ….
anyone in a similar situation and what is next?
I have a moderate back wall prolapse thrown in for good measure ….
thanks for listening , I’m better in a bath 🥹
