I need some ideas on how to relax and de-stress in the evenings because I'm a mess at the minute.
I'm working in a stressful job. When work is finished I'm straight back to the kids and am already stressed by the time I get home.
Dh works away so the kids, dinners, school lunches, uniforms, after school activities, homework and bed times all fall on me.
Once the kids are in bed then I'm stuck at home as I have no one to mind them with DH away.
Any ideas on how I can relax and de stress at home alone?
