I've picked up a Lidl Ernesto mandolin which they call a "slicer and dicer" on a whim this weekend, mainly for the julienne function because I make gimbap (Korean rolls stuffed with vegetables slightly similar to sushi rolls) and slicing the vegetables thin can be fiddly. I didn't need the dicing function particularly and reading reviews of similar models on Amazon, it might not be that great. Does anyone have this version and can say how useful it is?
