Harry Styles spat on Chris Pine?

Did anyone see the footage of this? My estimation of him has gone waaaay down.

Just looked this up on Twitter - its on fire with theories, different camera angles, footage of later on in the evening!

I can’t make up my mind whether her did or not! I’ve watched it in slow mo and it looks like he did but couldn’t actually see any spit leave Harry’s mouth (ugh)

It definitely looks like it to me. CP looks bemused/horrified and looks at his hands.

Also, why were OW and HS not sitting together? There's another shot where she moves near him during a photo shoot and he moves away.

I watched the video in slow-mo a few times and I don't think he spat on him, I just can't see any spit coming out of his mouth nor can I see the shape of his mouth changing. With the sheer amount of theories out there I think it's more likely that something else happened - who would spit at someone in front of 5 billion cameras and the entire world, just as you enter the room when you know all cameras would be on you!

It really looks like he did, and CPs reaction really does look like he did! But when you see the slow mo, no spit appears to leave his mouth, plus why would he do that in front of everyone?

Why do I even care?! Am I right in thinking there has been drama around this new film or something?

Apparently, the drama around this new film has been massive! Loads of footage of Chris Pine zoning out constantly whenever anyone (especially HS) is talking. Latest theory I've seen is that CP forgot his sunglasses were in his lap and then noticed them, that's why he stopped clapping 😂 Madness!

I have just seen the scene from another angle and it really doesn't look like anyone spat on anyone at all - power of the camera angle gets us again!

Either way I give it 12 hours and this will be a trending prompt on wattpad.

If you look at the video from the other angle you will clearly see he doesn't. That video also carries on for longer and shows them chatting.

No idea if he spit or not but that's the most ridiculous shirt collar I've ever seen.

Yep the other angle shows them chatting just afterwards which I don't think you'd do if the guy had just spat on you! Also CP seems amused rather than affronted which let's face it if you had spit in your lap you wouldn't be too happy would you!

No wonder Chris Pine was zoning out when Styles came out with this gem.

Very enjoyable insane gossip though, I love it. I hope the film is as fun as all the drama before it was released.

Harry Styles IS a grubby-looking weirdo. I could believe he'd spit on someone but I doubt he's stupid enough to do it in front of the whole world.

I think he “spat” a bit but didn’t realise! Then the guy is like “Harry Styles’ spit is on my hand, that’s hilarious” and politely doesn’t mention it, because he has manners.

I think the couple sitting close noticed it and the man leans back out of Harry’s sight to say “did that just happen?!” to the woman.

Annoyingly, I know exactly what he means by this 😂

It’s hard to tell, I think CP puts his glasses down at the start of the clip and looks down at them and notices something (the wrong glasses maybe?) about them at the moment HS sits down. So much drama surrounding this film!

I don’t know about the spitting but the entitled manspreading in the pictures gets my goat. Put your legs together guys, the balls aren’t that enormous!

Ha yes I get what he means but a) there are much clearer and articulated ways of saying it and b) I disagree - films best seen in cinema include big special effects blockbusters or maybe ones with epic scenery. Films that are trying to be a bit intellectual (which I think this is) and include a lot of sex are best watched in the privacy of your own home where you can discuss theories with the person you're watching with, and aren't squished up next to randoms shovelling popcorn while staring awkwardly at giant people simulating oral sex

I get what he means but the way he says it is just so like, you know, like kind of stupid.

I don't think he didn't and even if he did it wasn't intentional, like when you go to say something and that random bit of spit just flies out and you then silently stand/sit there mortified that you've spat on someone and you can see the person on the receiving end are just trying to ignore the fact you accidentally spat on them.
