I have very Veiny legs they ache and always feel heavy. They bruise easily which is a slow process. Will feel tender a day, tiny bruise getting bigger. This took 4 days to come out. And that was just ds passing me the potty ( empty) and it knocked me.
Often have bruises i dont know how i got.

When i was pregnant i had the ultrasound thing where they check the flow and was told told all ok ( i had suspected blood clot on lung so had various tests )

Is there anything i can do to help.
Its getting un bearable i literally can't sit comfortably without them feeling heavy and achey . Dont want to hassle gp
Also 3rd pic the purple mark lots of mini veins has been there about 2 years?
Excuse the hairs im preparing for winter 😂 or too lazy to shave

Have you googled lipodema?

Forget about 'don't want to hassle the gp' and get that looked at.

Fwiw the size doesn't change they just feel heavy. But when im sitting or laying.

Do you stand alot? Spider veins which can turn into varicose veins are very common for teachers and other jobs where you stand up alot.
Put your feet up and maybe try compression socks. Although when in doubt ask the GP.
