dd is heading off to uni to self catered accommodation.
Anyone have any packing/other top tips?

Her room is likely to be half the size of what she is used to. Only take necessities or she'll end up with stuff everywhere.

Go to the Higher Education topic ( under Education). There is a thread ( or two) up already.

Even better the Facebook group WIWIKAU (What I Wish I Knew About University) is a great resource.
All the Unis, all the halls discussed, lots of room photos and packing tips. Unlike MN not everyone’s child is off to Oxbridge or Durham either.
