The itch! It's horrific

It's on the bottom of my feet, and the sides. Absolutely nothing there at all. Smooth and normal looking

What's going on?! The itch is insane Blush

This is SO weird, I had the same thing the other day…but on the top of my feet. It was like a tingly itch, rather than something begging to be scratched if that makes any sense.

Sorry no advice!

@miniwh just found this thread as I have similar - did you ever get to the bottom of it? Does it still itch? I have tried lots of athletes foot treatment but nothing has shifted it

Chloefairydust · 25/10/2022 14:36

Maybe it’s some kind of allergy? I keep getting itchy skin on the tops of my feet, I have no idea what it is, it randomly comes and goes, I tried moisturiser in case it’s dry skin and used athletes foot spray, neither seem to make a difference. I haven’t really got any advice, but I feel your pain

I thought maybe an allergy too but imagine unusual to only affect the bottom of the feet?. Particularly but not only the edges. I might try antihistamine and see if that helps.

Are you pregnant?

ehb102 · 25/10/2022 18:06

I feel your frustration!

1 - moisturise.
2 - treat for fungus. Lamisil is my favourite.
3 - use a Footner peel and then a strong treatment like Lamisil Once.

Thank you! Have tried all those things but am going to try again with more gusto

I get that when I've eaten too many sweets. I'm prediabetic though.

Chloefairydust · 27/10/2022 21:48

Anyone else get itchy skin sometimes on the tops of their feet? This is the only place I get it, and it’s not there all the time, just randomly comes and goes… it’s so strange, it’s never on my toes or sole of feet… I genuinely have no idea what causes it🤔

MidnightConstellation · 27/10/2022 21:50

I get this as well. How strange.
