Has anyone else had problems/delays in receiving their child Oyster photocard?
I applied for a 16-18 oyster photocard for DS1 in August, as his 11-15 card runs out on 30 September.
It was allegedly posted out to us on 18 August, but there's no sign of it yet. He started back at school today, so it's not ideal. (Although the bus/tram pass still seems to work on his old card, I can't load any more PAYG credit on for train fares, so he's had to pay a full fare today).
I called TfL last week to chase it and was fobbed off with a bank holiday / Royal Mail strikes excuse 
(not sure why something supposedly posted out well beforehand would be affected by either of those things!)
