Sweating

I’ve never been a sweaty person, my head was usually the place I’d sweat most from on hot days or working out. However the last while (I have no concept of time since covid so let’s say at least the past 2 years) I’m sweating everywhere. I’ve soaked through jeans, left wet spots on plastic or wooden chair seats and backs. My arms and legs are constantly damp with sweat if I’m wearing anything other than shorts and a tshirt.
I feel gross, like some vile sweaty beast of a person. I don’t smell at all, I wash twice a day and use anti perspirant and deo along with perfume. I’m also well hydrated.

I thought it might be peri menopause but after doing my bloods my gp said it’s not that. I’ve just turned 40 so it seems a bit early too.

I just don’t know what to do anymore, it’s really affecting my self esteem.

Just found your post because I was searching to see if anyone else was in the same boat. For me this has been since the first heatwave this summer. I sweated all heatwave and was glad of it, but now it's cooling down, it doesn't seem to be stopping. Any sort of physical exertion sets me off, even sweeping the floor for 30 seconds, it's ridiculous. I'm also about to turn 40 and was wondering if it could be hormonal, but I have no other symptoms that I'm aware of.

I'm just hoping that when the weather gets properly cold, it stops.

I've just found this thread and wondered if either of you ever found out what was causing your sweating?

I am in the same boat, always had a sweaty face but suddenly this year it is my entire body, I cannot move without every inch being covered in sweat. My arms and legs feel damp, my back is soaking, beads all over my face.

I am early 30s, just had blood tests and awaiting the results. I am praying there is an underlying issue that can be resolved.
