The previous year we had a low income so got a certificate which expires later this year but last year income was just over but can I still use the certificate till it expires ?
i haven’t been told I can’t but I wasn’t sure ?

prescriptions are so expensive and any extra we have has just on the gas and electric so we aren’t actually any better off even though over the threshold so I was going to try it as it is still in date does anyone know do they just allow it till it expires then then don’t issue a new one ?

If the certificate is valid you can use it.

I would assume you can use it expires. I don't actually know anything about this though.

Don't know the answer to your question, it's probably in the T&Cs in your application or on the NHS website, but even if you're not entitled, and you don't have one of the conditions that gives you a medical exemption, if you need more than one prescription a month, you would benefit from a prepay card that limits the cost to about £10 a month, that's the most anyone needs to pay, even for the minority of prescriptions that are chargeable.

It’s still in date I’ll have to see if you can use them regardless till the expiration date

Why bother responding then?

Yes OP you can use it until it expires.
