I split with my partner 2 years ago. We have 2 boys together and we still get along great.
I was due to get my implant out in Feb but they couldn't remove it as it was so deep and since I wasn't planning on having anymore kids they just left it in there. My periods are still all over the place.
Just over a month ago me and the ex had a drunken night together. Just a one off but we weren't careful. Now I'm worrying I'm pregnant. I haven't taken a test yet. I'm scared of what it will say.
I'm not sure if my implant will still be doing something or if at the 3 year mark it just stops working?
I'm nearly 39 and had always wanted three kids but not on my own like this so I'm freaking out a bit.
Does anyone know if the implant will still be working? I'm obviously going to be taking a test but can't get to the shop until tomorrow. TIA
