Truss vs Sunak

Is it just me or is there mich much more press about Truss atm? To the point where Sunak has basically disappeared and everyone is talking about Truss being the next PM?
Or have I missed something? quite possible!

Yep, just saw all the Trending topics about her on twitter and thought she'd been elected already. He's nowhere to be seen.

Someone on another thread even said Boris isnt PM anymore..I mean, he is technically until tomorrow right?

Well the voting is over already. So it's no longer a competition, even if we don't officially know the winner yet.

Which is why it seems weird that in the last day or two there have been interviews and publicity and so on, despite the fact that most people who could vote probably decided weeks ago.

Neither of them, or anyone else, can do anything about it now, so they might as well disappear (both of them preferably...!) for a while

Truss has been the frontrunner for a while now. I actually prefer her to Sunak. She is a northern, comprehensive educated, Oxford graduate who got where she is through hard work. Sunak is ensconced with the global corporate elite, having worked in banking and hedge funds. As for Starmer, he is a stolid champagne socialist.

Yeah I know the voting ended of Friday but this was before even that.
