Question about selling on ebay

Thought I would try and get a few pounds into my bank account. I managed to sell one thing but the other didn't sell.

It was a dress and I thought I would give it to a friend of mine but it has automatically relisted.

Could someone tell me, can I stop this now?
How do I stop it happening again? Does it go on forever otherwise?!!

You can just end the listing when you view your items for sale. There should be a menu in the right hand corner of the item and you just select End listing.
