Marrows….

I need some marrow recipes! My lovely neighbour keeps dropping round huge marrows and I’ve run out of ideas. We’ve just got another one, (fifth in just a couple of weeks) So far I’ve done stuffed marrow, roasted marrow, baked marrow….. I’m usually really good at making it up as I go along but I’m drawing a blank at the moment!

Chutneys!

Oh yes! I hadn’t even thought of chutneys! Thanks!! I’ve got a bag of cooking apples from the neighbour as well-perfect!

I did a vegan marrow curry which was lovely - sorry no good at links but was from meatfreefitness.co.uk if that helps. Or might be .com but should be able to find it fairly easily. Also made a marrow cake which was v nice (from same website). We managed to catch our courgettes early this year so inly had a couple of marrows😁
