Honestly, what is going to happen when people can no longer afford energy bills, businesses close down and many more people end up on benefits? With less people working and paying into system this surely will have massive effect on the whole economy. What is government planning to do? Print more money? Increase taxes? Reduce benefits? Ignore the problem until the whole economy collapses like house of cards?
