please can anyone help or share their experience on this…I have money in my eBay account, quite a lot, that was scheduled to come out today but this morning I got an email saying I’m order to receive my funds I need to add an account for selling fees so I went onto eBay and tried to turn on selling fees underneath my bank account but it won’t let me turn it on and without turning it on I’m unable to receive the money I’ve made. I contacted eBays customer team 2 times one over message and another on a phone call and they said my cards been blocked on eBay for some silly reason and that to retrieve the money I’ll have to basically get a new bank card and set it up on eBay which will take a few days or in the meantime I can put someone else’s bank card on my account so I can withdraw the money and then when my new card comes I can set it up on eBay…so it then got my mum to put her bank card onto my eBay account so I could withdraw the money to her account but it’s not letting her put her card on when she typed in all the details and presses next it says there’s an issue etc so I’m really unsure what to do I have £500 sitting in my eBay account that I’m unable to take out yes I could order a new bank card but what if that dosent work either as even my mums card a complete different bank card didn’t work.
Its all rather complicated but just needed to rant and see if anyones experienced the same thing as I’m rather frustrated I can’t get the money into my account.
