Hello, I have been through a relationship breakdown, my job is insanely stressful with a huge project deadline coming up in 4-6 weeks time so my life will revolve around that mostly, and I am not where I want to be professionally or personally to be honest.
I am lonely and down in the dumps and know I need to help myself before I spiral into depression.
I have signed up to the gym as that always helps. Good diet - lean protein, salad and veg. Early nights. Treat myself with something nice once a day. Anything else?
