Random question. How tall against a 5 ft 4 person is someone 4 feet 10?

Aaargh! I have booked my child into an activity he is REALLY excited about tomorrow morning and I have only just noticed he needs to be a minimum of 4 feet 10.

I am in a hotel room with no access to a measuring tape and the only thing I can go on is I know I am 5 feet 4 and he reaches my chin.

I know it'd be a rough guess and random, but what do you guys think?

A sheet of A4 is 3mm short of 30cm so just under a foot high (longest side)

If you have A4 paper or a magazine you can use it to measure the difference between you.

Fold it in half & it's just under 6 inches, quartered would be just under 3 so you can use it to get pretty close.

If he's shorter than you by the whole sheet, he's def too short.

Thank you everyone! I goy a keasuring tape and he is 4 feet 9 😩 . However, I called the venue and they said they do give some leeway if only a small difference and he can reach the pedals ok (its a race car junior driving experience). Worst case scenario, they'll give him high speed passenger rides so all good 😊
