I’ve found one!

Walking in town today - little girl about 6 with her mother looking at people passing by. Lots of her leaflets in her hand - suddenly sees me - rushes over shouting to her mum “ I have found one, mum” and gives me the leaflet……for a new slimming club. I think I know what her mum asked her to look for…..I didn’t have my usual cake with my M&S coffee!

Oh no! Sorry, I chuckled a bit at this, but I hope it didn't make you feel too awful (If I had been there she definitely would have handed me a leaflet too)

Oh god that’s terrible!! Her mum needs a slap.

This reminded be of a time about 7 years ago when I was sitting in the doctors waiting room with my mum who has now sadly passed away, and there was a little boy in there aged about 3 or 4, and he was looking at the leaflets that are on the table, all of a sudden he comes toddling over and hands my mum two leaflets, one was an alcohol awareness leaflet and the other one was advice for sexually transmitted diseases! My mum was 80!
