Please help me - Manchester City Centre - tell me where to have lunch with the teens

Help before we end up at Nandos (nowt' against Nandies - just want a different place).

Brief is: Taking eldest children (young teens) to Manchester next week.

City Centre based.
Lunch will be eaten. Looking for somewhere that can cater dairy-free, happy to adapt their menu (but not necessarily vegan - but vegan puds would be great).
Not pizza.
One teen can eat their body weight in pies. One devours fish.

Please help....

Mackie Mayor in the northern quarter? It's an old market and has lots of little kitchens.

Also recommend Makie Mayor as you can all have different cuisines.

Or BAB

Thank you for the suggestions. I am off to google and read menus (I love reading a menu).
