I have a band 3 admin interview coming up in an NHS hospital.
I have had a band 3 interview before but unfortunately can not remember what they asked.
i was wondering if anyone would mind sharing some tips or some things that might possibly be asked so I can revise for them and answer the questions the best way possible as I would really like the job.
thanks in advance!

There will be a set of standard questions they choose from as well as others. The standard questions will be to see how well you fit into the culture of the organisation and may be about equality, data protection, standards, Trust values etc., but usually dressed up in a scenario about the job. E.g. What would you do in this situation, or what would you do if somebody said..... You should make the effort to look at the Trust website to see their core values etc. You may be asked to prioritise tasks, you may have a test of two, it depends on the Trust, the department, the job and the interviewer!

They might ask what you know about the department as well. Eg, I applied for a Band 3 admin job in Radiology once. I didn't get it as it went to someone who was already on secondment in the department, but in my feedback they said they'd been really impressed when I started talking about things like angiograms. So read up on what the department does, and make notes!
