Cowboy builders .....would you say anything?

So we have the builders in
Yesterday they came over whilst I was at work to put protective covering over carpets which is see through and they masking tape it down (to stop any mess on carpets)

I returned home from work and the postman has posted letters and a sorry we missed you card through letterbox ...they have put the protective covering over the mail and sealed it down so i have had to get a Stanley knife and cut my mail out.
Which has led to some being ripped because it was totally stuck to my carpet

Would you mention it?

I would be willing to bet they have a 'lad' working with them whose job it was to put down the protective cover and he just hasn't thought to lift the letters. I would probably joke with them about it tbh. It's quite funny. It doesn't suggest they are cowboy builders.
