Uc childcare help

Hi my sister has started work and confused how childcare works for uc. It will vary each month. Does it mean each month she has to declare a change in the cost. Its the same provider. But some months DN will be in childcare 30 hours some as little as 5 depending on sister shifts. She knows she gets it back in arrears. If her uc dates are 3rd to 2nd. And she pays on 1st for the month ahead does she submit that straight to UC the say she pays. At the nursery she will use its paid in advance.

Childcare costs paid in advance are reimbursed in the payment relating to the assessment period in which the childcare actually takes place. She needs to report the costs as soon as she pays them and upload evidence of the costs and proof of payment.

She reports any invoices paid for childcare in her assessment period then should get it back in that payment
