Filled with books, walks, meet ups with friends, playing with my dcs and laughter.
Instead I have the silence of scrolling endlessly through my phone Sad
I need help!

Do you know what stops you having those things you want? They are there for the taking.

We're moving house next week and I am not putting my phone charger next to the bed but leaving it downstairs 😫

I figure that if I can at least stop the mindless scrolling before sleeping and before getting up, I will be halfway there. Alexa will do most of what I want and I'm going to buy a Lumie alarm clock for the actual waking up bit.

My suspicion is that if I don't view the new house as a new start, then I will be forever wedded to my phone.

I did pick up a book last night but picked up my phone first thing.
I should put it down again and follow some of the suggestions.

When you pick up a book put your phone on the charger on the other side of the room. Works wonders for me

I've always been a reader but phones do have a place too, I find i use books and phones for different things. I read in the day time because i need to be awake to enjoy it. I scroll the Internet whilst waiting in between things or at night. And the boredom of insomnia is eased with audiobooks. Can you add some flexibly?
