What shall I do for my birthday tomorrow

Husband keeps asking me what I want to do and all I know is I want a nice bath in the morning 🤣 it's meant to be a nice day so if it was your birthday what would you do? It's not just us by the way we have three young children but all have the day off 😊

I'd want a lie in and then breakfast made for me....like fluffy pancakes with yoghurt, fruit and honey. If want hand made cards from my kids. Go for a walk but partner to be responsible for the kids. Go for a nice lunch together and then maybe have some child free time to myself in the afternoon. Get my nails or hair done.

I would love to go to a spa for a few hours then join the family for a meal.

A lie in, a massage while DH takes over the childcare, an uninterrupted shower/bath and then a nice meal that I didn’t cook.

Tbh I’d do whatever will keep family peace for the day - so perhaps lie in and breakfast at home then day out to local animal mini zoo or something to include a picnic, then pizza express tea. Nothing glamorous as an adult but a realistic chance of a day with limited whinging!

Oooo and the picnic would be M&S or waitrose no effort job.

I'm loving these ideas, definitely needs to entail as little stress/whinging from the children as possible 😌
