Weights 20 min exercise routine

I want to try and use 20 minutes in the morning to do some weights, instead of mindless browsing while my hair is up on a turban drying naturally. If I have to stick a DVD in and prepare too many things, I know I won't do it. I was just wondering where I can get hold of a 20 min weights routine that's suitable for a 50 year old to do. Thanks!

Have a look at HasFit on YouTube. Really good simple but effective work outs, lots with weights
