I'm attending an event on a Sunday hosted by my friend who has asked me to make some traybakes (I offered).
I'd like to do a good job but thinking through the schedule I can only make them on the Thursday beforehand, as on the Friday I'm traveling to a wedding and on the Saturday I'm at a wedding. Then they are required on the Sunday.
Any suggestions? Will basic ones like rocky road, millionaire shortcake, flapjacks, brownies/blondies, keep ok? I've made these all before but always for immediate consumption 😳
Also please feel free to share your favourite traybake recipe if you have any bright ideas!
