Adult disability payment/pip?

Has anyone got any experience with adult disability payment?

I need to do a change in circumstance and I’m in Scotland so if I understand correctly it’ll trigger a change to adp.

does anyone have any advice on this?

bit confused to be honest.

gonna phone them both tomorrow.

From the information I’ve had from DWP (for my son), then I think you just need to contact them initially, and if it does trigger an earlier move over to ADP then Social Security Scotland will get in touch with you regarding the change.
To be honest, if you’re still receiving PIP and haven’t had anything to tell you that you’re moving over imminently, I’d just contact DWP and see what they say.

You won’t transfer over with just a change of circumstances, report the change as normal. The transfers are separate from changes they are not linked

Just thought I would update this.

i registered a change of circumstances last week, got a phone call yesterday from pip saying that I should have been told that would be transferred to adp because of this. The lady said not to fill in the pip but wait till adp get in contact and fill in their form. Adp don’t yet have me on their records, adp suggested getting in contact with pip to see if they’ve started the process.
