How to cook a whole meal with an air fryer??

I’ve been looking at air fryers to save putting the oven on.
My DH asked me how I would cook something like sausage and chips or salmon and crispy potatoes?
tips please on how you achieve this, as far as I can tell you can only cook one thing at a time.
Thanks.

I have a ninja with two compartments- it's brilliant

It might take a little practise, but it's doable. With my Tefal Actifry, potato wedges/chips take about 45 mins in mine, and sausages about 10, so I put the potatoes in first and the sausages 10-15 mins before the end.

I've also just cooked the meat how I like it, taken it out roughly 5 mins before it's ready, then done any veg/potatoes in the juices, and put the meat back in on top of the veg for the last 5.

You get the two compartment one and use the sync button to make sure they finish cooking at the same time.

So you can put two things in the same drawer?

I put 2 (even 3) things in the same drawer. Just limits the quantity of everything you can cook.
