Hi all, sorry if I have posted in the wrong thread.
My road is being terrorised by kids on electric scooters. Police don't seem to be doing anything about it although not sure if anyone has complained.
They are smashing items on pathways like paving slaps, leaving litter, using the scooters on the roads and not moving out the way of cars and also terrorising dog walkers and residents in general by racing up to them and giving lip.
Does anyone know if these are
even legal? It's really causing issues round by where we live. No one will raise it with the parents with fear of even getting more lip back.
