What to wear for zoom call

My teenage DS has a zoom interview tomorrow for a part time job. What do you think he should wear? Absolutely if he attended in person he would have worn smart trousers and a shirt but he's not too sure what to wear online (obviously only his top half will be seen)

A smart polo shirt or a plain shirt (no tie)

Just a nice shirt I would say? Don't think a tie is particularly necessary (is it an office type job where he'd be expected to wear a suit/tie? If not I wouldn't worry about a tie)

I learned from a friend when I had a Teams interview and we had a practice as I not used it before not to wear anything striped, she said it made her eyes go funny 😳🙈😂

It's just a fast food chain so we were thinking of a nice polo shirt. He said he'd feel silly wearing a shirt.

Yeah smart polo should be fine (I worked at a fast food chain for 5 years)
