I placed an order today on line, then an hour later changed my mind as I did not need the item. I went on line for help to cancel the order and realised that you cannot amend or cancel an order.
What happened to the right to cancel.
I have to wait on the item being delivered and send them back. What a waist of money and time. A well as adding to global warming.
