I'm convinced now they do these on purpose so the listing will go viral. It's a lovely house and the clown completely removable, so mpre visibility will likely mean more interest and a higher price.

Crosby is an expensive area, big houses, parks, private schools, and a good train service 10 to 15 mins into the centre of Liverpool.
I bet that clown doesn't pay his rent though, and will have a cannabis farm in the other part of the loft.
