No screens 2 hours before bed…

So… if you’re trying to do this to improve crap sleep. Wtaf do you DO? Please don’t say meditate - 2 hours is a loooong time. I love my tv time it’s such great wind down opportunity. Usually that is…

Im struggling to read a book, I have post viral fatigue. I used to love to read. So reading isn’t going to happen.

im knackered, I definitely don’t want to have a conversation.

if I listen to a podcast or book, it’s just really anti social… I have a family. Plus we usually bond over tv, amongst other things. They don’t want to listen to podcasts I like!

What do all these yoga types (or whoever manages this?) actually do for 2 hours before bed?

is this even possible on a regular basis?

I’ve tried screen free and I am still waking up…

Yes I’m kind of whining but also looking for a potential solution…

<disclaimer: I’m aware I’m using a screen whilst asking this question, yep and that this seems like a first world problem for some people but please humour me>
