What is in my eye?!

Apologies for the close up. Eyelid very very tender to touch and when blinking. Having a poke around and found this in upper corner?!

Could be an conjunctivitis cyst. Usually goes away on its own, if you go to a pharmacy they should be able to give you some eye drops for it.
