I need inspiration :)

My answer to this is that I had a friend who was very depressed because they couldn't get a graduate job for two years after graduation despite trying so hard. They worked in a coffee shop and lived with their unreasonable parents for that period. They received an interview and landed a graduate job in their dream company. The job required them to go abroad for the second three months to San Francisco. In San Fran they met the guy of their dreams and relocate their permanently. Now they are so so happy and I am so pleased for them. All this happened in 6 months.

What are your stories?

I did in 9 months. Gone up 3 pay grades and got out of a dead end job. Also physically got much better: 2 and a half stone down. You can do it, you just need to trust that the right opportunity won't pass you by. But crucially, in order to get the right opportunity, you have to take risks. I have always trusted when something hasn't gone my way that it wasn't for me. Hope this helps and gives you some hope!

Yes. I grew up in an abusive home, was told I’d never find anyone who loved me. I also faced disability discrimination in job after job.I was at a really low eb, joined bumble, met my husband on the first date, we got engaged pretty quickly and purchased our first home together. We’ve now been married for years and have an amazing family. His job stability has also meant I’ve been able to peruse self employment and am much happier employment wise.
